Thrive Standard Guarantee

What do we guarantee?

Tree Depot guarantees that your plant, trees, or shrubs will be delivered in a healthy, living condition. Our Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 30 days from the time of delivery. Any issues after 30 days are only eligible for resolution if a “Thrive + warranty has been purchased.

A store credit for an equal amount of the product(s) in question will be issued or the item will be replaced.

After we complete your tree’s installation if for some reason there is an issue within 30 days, we ask that for any damaged or unhealthy plant delivery, that a picture and description of the issue be provided to us.

We will make an attempt to either find a solution to aid you or install a replacement should there be an issue with the plant itself.

Thrive + Guarantee

What do we guarantee?

Tree Depot guarantees that your plant, trees, or shrubs will be delivered in a healthy, living condition. Beyond our standard guarantee we offer a supplemental plan. With our “Thrive +” service we will routinely check and care for your plant to ensure it grows “deep roots” over the 90 days after installation. We will provide regularly scheduled maintenance to your tree based on the landscaping needs and conditions.
