For Existing Customers:

Customers that already have an account can easily view their orders and make payments (full or special payment plans) right from their Tree Depot dashboard.

To make a "deposit", all you need to do is ring up a GIFT CARD in the point of sale. Make sure that you choose the customer in the P.O.S. so the card is added to their specific account. When the customer is ready to pay for an order, they can just apply their gift card credit(s) right in the checkout page. Simple, repiable, and allows our customers the ability to be incontrol.

For New Customers:

  1. The first option for creating a customer is via the P.O.S. You are able to "seamlessly" create their credentials (which get sent to the email). Sales made in the P.O.S. are not eligible for deposits or special payment plans. These P.O.S. orders can be saved and paid later but, they can't be paid a little now and more later. It's an all at once purchase (hence it being a true point of sale). A gift card via the P.O.S. is an option but, for new customers the better option is to register an account "manually".
  2. You can create a customer "manually" by opening an incognito/private browser (ctrl+shift+n) and completing this registration form. Once complete, it will automatically bring you to their account. From there you will be abe to add items to their cart. Upon checkout, you can choose a financing option and complete the deposit.
